Course Summary
Tai chi is a slow-moving exercise system developed from Chinese martial arts. It is often referred to as ‘moving meditation’ with many benefits including improvement in general health, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, self-awareness and concentration.
Qigong focuses on the cultivation of Qi [energy] to remedy illness, promote longevity and increase internal strength.
Tai chi and qigong are suitable for all age groups.
Suitable for people who have experienced Tai Chi previously.
A concession rate is available for this class.
Please note that you may be required to show your concession card.
Note there will be no class on 28 November.

Amanda Lobo is a passionate fashion design educator and sewing mentor based in Melbourne’s west. Known for her hands-on, inclusive teaching style, she empowers students of all ages to explore creativity through fabric and design.
Outside the classroom, Amanda runs The Sorting Company, a home organising business, and creates handmade textile goods under her label NudiBags.
